In case of your initial EUR deposit to virtual asset exchange, acceptable documents are Bank account statements with incoming salary or other income, or Tax declaration, or Employment/Salary confirmation, or Loan agreement, etc.
In case you are involved in investing within virtual asset markets for a longer period of time, acceptable documents are also historical statements from your accounts at exchanges or wallet providers.
In case you obtained your virtual assets as a reward, or as an airdrop, gift, or as a prize, acceptable documents are also historical statements from your accounts at exchanges or wallet providers.
In case you received your virtual assets as a salary from your employer or as an invoice payout from your customers, acceptable documents are Employment/Salary confirmation, or Business contract agreement.
In the case of inheritance, please provide a certified notarial document.
If you are depositing/withdrawing EUR frequently at Eterbase, once your Source of funds declaration is sufficient in terms of volume, we will not review your ongoing EUR transfers repeatedly until the declared volume is exceeded.
